People & Culture Director

Location: Córdoba or Buenos Aires

Role Purpose
Lead the regional People & Culture agenda, driving talent, culture, and organizational transformation with an agile, data-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset. Challenge the status quo and build an authentic, flexible, people-centered employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy

  • Design and implement the end-to-end talent strategy: attraction, development, retention, and succession.

  • Strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with the company’s purpose.

  • Drive leadership development, re-skilling, and agile performance programs.

  • Embed a data-driven approach to talent management.

2. Culture & Engagement

  • Safeguard and evolve the cultural manifesto and organizational values.

  • Translate culture into tangible leadership, feedback, and recognition practices.

  • Measure and act on climate, engagement, and culture metrics.

  • Design rituals, internal storytelling, and well-being programs.

3. Cultural & Organizational Transformation

  • Lead the evolution toward agile, collaborative, purpose-driven models.

  • Redesign structures and critical capabilities aligned with business strategy.

  • Develop performance and compensation models aligned with collective impact.

  • Facilitate change processes and transformational leadership development.

4. Regional Expansion Support

  • Lead people due diligence and post-merger integration agendas.

  • Ensure cultural alignment and retention of key talent.

  • Collaborate on organizational architecture and talent synergies.

5. People Operations & Governance

  • Ensure efficient, scalable processes across Argentina, Chile, and Mexico.

  • Implement HR Tech and regional systems (payroll, platforms, analytics).

  • Ensure legal and labor compliance.

  • Drive People Analytics dashboards and regional KPIs.

Experience

  • 10+ years in People roles, with 3+ years in regional People & Culture leadership (preferred).

  • Strong background in organizational design and cultural evolution, ideally within regional companies and M&A contexts.

  • End-to-end talent management expertise (attraction, selection, development, compensation).

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in national and/or multinational companies with headcounts of 300+.

Technical Knowledge

  • End-to-end talent management: attraction, development, performance, and compensation.

  • Organizational culture, engagement, and internal communications.

  • Post-M&A cultural integration and organizational design.

  • HR Tech, analytics, and cloud-based tools.

  • Multi-country labor legislation.
