Our client, a well-established business group with a strong track record, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Role Objective

Lead and manage the group’s overall operations, ensuring alignment across business units with the group’s purpose and long-term growth strategy, while fostering operational efficiency and the development of human talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the group’s strategic plan, ensuring business units are aligned with corporate objectives.

• Oversee financial planning, budgets, and economic performance across business units, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation.

• Coordinate and monitor operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify growth, expansion, and diversification opportunities, including new markets, strategic partnerships, and investment projects.

• Lead, motivate, and develop teams across business units, promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture.

• Represent the business group before key stakeholders, including partners, clients, suppliers, government bodies, and local communities.

• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks that may impact the group.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields.

• An MBA or postgraduate degree in management is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years in leadership positions, with at least 5 years in general management roles within agribusiness and/or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
